Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale or clearance
Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
